Tara Houlden
Principal Information Security Risk Analyst | Red Hat, Inc.
Tara joined Red Hat and the private sector in February 2020 after gaining experience as a 10-year federal civilian employee, most recently serving as the Cybersecurity Director and Command Information Security Officer (CISO) for Naval Facilities and Engineering Command (NAVFAC) in Washington, D.C. Tara is a risk management evangelist, working across the Red Hat organization and their partners to identify and control risks. Currently, she helps deliver hardened, open-source solutions that make it easier for enterprises to work across platforms and environments. Tara graduated from the United States Naval Academy with the Class of 2005. She has earned academic degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy (B.S. in Physics) and the National Defense University (M.A. in Cybersecurity Leadership).

Allison Ritter
Global Managed Detection and Response Manager | IBM Security
Allison manages a team of highly skilled cyber threat responders that monitor and respond to threats across organizations worldwide. She was a founding member of IBM Security Command Center — the industry's first commercial cyber range. There she led the team as the creative director, developing and designing immersive and highly realistic cyber-attack simulations. She has worked with and tested thousands of executives and technicians on their leadership, endurance and decision-making skills. Allison's work and insights have been featured in places such as The Boston Globe and Forbes, and she has spoken at security conferences, women tech summits, and educational seminars. 

Gita Srivastava, J.D.
CTO, Legal & IP Strategy | NETSCOUT
Gita joined NETSCOUT after serving as CEO of Gigavation Incorporated, a cyber security company, which was acquired by NETSCOUT in February 2020. As co-founder of Gigavation, Gita is the lead inventor of its patented technology, grew the company, and won several million dollars in contracts to address insider threat and visibility problems for top-tier customers, including the U.S. Air Force, USSTRATCOM, and the Army. At NETSCOUT, Gita's team focuses on VDI Technology for federal and enterprise customers. Gita holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a B.S. from MIT in Mechanical Engineering, and a B.S. from the MIT Sloan School Management Science.

Michelle Rudnicki
President U.S Public Sector, Inc. | NetApp
  • Michelle is responsible for leading NetApp's U.S. Public Sector team to achieve strategic, financial, operational and business objectives as they relate to NetApp's Public Sector customers and channels. She is instrumental in defining and navigating the Public Sector go-to-market strategy and structure, and engaging the broader NetApp team with this critical market segment. Previously, Michelle was the general manager for the sales and delivery of Virtustream's Public Sector business where she led an experienced team to apply proven, repeatable processes to help Public Sector organizations navigate the complexities of a digital transformation. Prior to that, Michelle was vice president of Industry Solutions Sales, IBM North America Public Sector. In this role, she and her team worked with Public Sector clients to transform the way that they interacted with their clients, citizens, and patients through the progression of their digital services with the use of technology, such as analytics, cognitive computing, mobile and cloud. She holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Rochester.
