For those partners who have their own support services and only need an escalation path, Arrow offers two levels of Partner Support:

1.     Free Partner Support:

  • The free tier provides business hours support for all your or your end-customer’s Microsoft technical support needs.
  • You remain the single and first point-of-contact for all your customer’s needs; but Arrow is here to help when you need us.

2.     Premium Partner Support:

  • Premium Support gives partners priority access to our support services for a nominal fee.
  • Modular pricing lets you choose only what you need — Modern Workplace/Azure/Both.

Arrow also offers add-on customizations, such as white-labeled end-customer support and second language management
