Reserve Your Room

Arrow has secured a special discounted rate of $279.00 per night for attendees of the summit (not including taxes or other fees). To take advantage of this rate, you must book your room by October 8, 2025. Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own rooms, including any incidentals.

Parking Information

If you’re renting a car, The Roosevelt offers convenient on-site parking. Attendees are responsible for covering parking fees. Valet parking is approximately $52 per day (subject to change).

Whether you’re flying in from across the country or around the globe, getting to Arrow Technology Summit 2025 at The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel is easy and convenient.

Air Travel

The best airport to fly into is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), located approximately 15 miles west of downtown New Orleans. MSY is a major hub with direct flights from most major cities in the U.S. and select international destinations. We recommend booking your flight early to secure the best rates and schedules.

We recommend arriving by early afternoon on Monday to enjoy the sights and sounds of New Orleans before the summit networking event begins.
